These workshops are designed to make the practice of meditation accessible to anyone who is interested. Topics of practice are customizable to your company’s needs. In addition I offer a mental health component on topics such as anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome etc..and how these maybe address using a mindfulness approach.
Mindfulness meditation can increase well being, creativity and reduce stress. Offering sessions at the workshop supports wellness and well being for all employees. Other benefits may include, feeling less reactive, calmer and better able to problem solve.

Yoga for energizing or relaxing or both. If you want to offer the gift of stress reducing movement to your employees please contact me.

Counseling
My clients are seeking a place to dive deep into themselves, so they can better understand their patterns and habits, find meaning and purpose, to improve relationships, move through life transitions, as well as to engage with life more fully.
I create a unique therapy for each client. Your culture, life experience, and world view is important to finding what works for you. I offer a compassionate space to work through difficult emotions.
My work with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma and PTSD, existential issues as well as relationship issues and spiritual emergence.
$100/hour. Sliding scale available.
